Aihealth does not warrant that the Service will be accurate, reliable, secure, or free of defects.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aihealth, its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or investment capital, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Aihealth's total aggregate liability arising from or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Aihealth in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
